Starting 6th October Weekly exercise sessions at the Old School Raveningham with Lucy. Thursday mornings, at 9am. 30 minutes per session. Yoga based exercises, gentle stretches, building up core muscles and general flexibility and mobility. Very relaxed. Great fun....
